FDA Approves Treatment for Acne Scarring

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has affirmed another treatment for skin inflammation scarring.

Called Bellafill, the item is an infused gel that adds volume to the skin to lift and smooth out pitted skin break out scars to the degree of the encompassing skin, the office said.
In the examination that prompted FDA endorsement, 64 percent of 87 patients rewarded Bellafill said their skin had improved a half year after treatment, contrasted and 33 percent of 46 patients rewarded with a fake treatment.
